These terms apply to every order you place with us. Please read them, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, before you order. By placing an order you agree to them.
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. That email is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Our ID stickers are made to order with the name or text you enter. Before you order, it is your responsibility to check that:
We print your sticker as shown in the live preview at the time you add it to your basket. A picture of your approved design is shown in your basket and on your order confirmation, so you can check it. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed sticker.
If you use our designer to add your own logo or text, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may refuse to print anything offensive or unlawful.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs are shown on our Shipping page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders outside the UK: you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, local taxes and courier handling fees charged in your country. These are not included in our prices and are not refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. Please check that address carefully at checkout.
Your rights to cancel, return or get a faulty item put right are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. In short: you can cancel orders for racks and other standard products within 14 days of delivery; personalised stickers cannot be returned for a change of mind; and if anything we send is faulty or not as you ordered, we will put it right.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for supply to you, and if you use them for commercial purposes we have no liability for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee and other tool brand names are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to describe which batteries and tools our products fit. Power RAX is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of these brands.
If you are unhappy with anything, please email hello@powerrax.co.uk with your order number and we will do our best to sort it out.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there, and if you live outside the UK you keep any consumer protections the law of your country gives you.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on this page when you place it.
