Personalised ID stickers: no change-of-mind returns

Our stickers are printed to order with your name or text, so the legal 14-day right to cancel does not apply to them. We cannot accept returns or give refunds if:

• you chose the wrong sticker for your battery or tool, or it does not fit the battery you have;
• the name or text is printed as you typed it, including any spelling mistake; or
• you have changed your mind.

Please check the brand, range, voltage, battery size and spelling carefully before you order. A picture of your design is shown in your basket and on your order confirmation.

If we got it wrong

If your sticker is faulty, damaged when it arrives, or is not what you ordered (for example the printed text is different from what you entered, or we sent the wrong design), email hello@powerrax.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will reprint and send a replacement free of charge, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.

Racks and other standard products: 14 days to change your mind

For anything that is not personalised, such as battery racks, divider panels and mounting plates, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it.

1. Tell us you want to cancel by emailing hello@powerrax.co.uk with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible.
3. Write your order number on the outside of the parcel so we can match your return to your order.

Return postage: you pay the cost of returning items when you have changed your mind. We recommend a tracked service, because you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. Customers outside the UK also pay any export or customs costs of the return.

Your refund: we will refund the price you paid for the items, plus the original standard delivery charge if you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing proof you sent them, if sooner), to the card you paid with. We may reduce the refund if an item has been used or handled more than was needed to check it.

Faulty racks and other products

If anything arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with your order number and a photo. If you tell us within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible. We pay the return postage for faulty items.
